Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided to help business customers plan procurement, installations and equipment replacement. Timescales depend on stock position, supplier availability, courier service and destination.
UK Mainland
1-3 working days for many stocked or standard supply items, subject to confirmation.
EU delivery
3-7 working days, depending on destination, courier routing and any customs requirements.
Special order items
5-10 working days is typical for non-stock or special order items once availability is confirmed.
How delivery is handled
For quote-led or specialist items, we aim to confirm availability and expected dispatch before the order is finalised. Some barcode and POS products are configured, bundled or sourced from manufacturer channels, so lead times can vary.
- Urgent requirements should be raised through the contact form before ordering.
- Delivery estimates are working-day estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Backordered, discontinued or configured products may require a revised lead time.
