Refunds and Returns Policy

This policy explains how returns are handled for business purchases from Barcode Systems Direct Ltd. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Business-to-business supply

BarcodeDirect UK primarily supplies commercial customers. Return eligibility depends on the product type, order status, packaging condition, manufacturer process and whether the item was ordered specially, configured or supplied as a non-stock item.

Before returning an item

  • Contact us through the contact form with order details and the reason for return.
  • Do not send goods back until return instructions have been confirmed.
  • Items normally need to be unused, complete and in original packaging.
  • Special order, configured, opened consumable or non-stock items may not be returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact us promptly using the contact form. Include photos, serial numbers and packaging details where relevant so the issue can be reviewed properly.
